CONTACT WEBMASTER
In January, 1991, Company E incorporated as a Non-Profit Public Benefit Corporation, officially becoming "The Vermont Volunteers Historical Association." Our efforts are focused on public education, school presentations, and living history. We continually research and try to improve our impressions of the men we endeavor to honor and portray. Our membership ranks are drawn from the greater southern California area. Over the years, Company E has steadily grown in size and become a recognized organization within the reenacting community in California. Our members have participated in several movie and television shoots, and traveled east to reenact the major battles of Cedar Creek, Gettysburg, Antietam, and Bull Run to name a few. We also affiliate ourselves with "The Union Army of the West." We strive to provide our members with a well rounded reenacting experience, both through living history educational presentations and participation in battle reenactments which give our members an opportunity to experience the day-to-day life of an infantryman during the Civil War. If you have an interest in The American Civil War, and would like to become involved in Civil War reenacting and living history, please visit our "Men Wanted for Company E" page on this website, or contact our Recruiter.
